Patricia Keller earned both her Bachelor of Science Degree in Art Education and Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has been an educator and professional painter for over thirty years.

A versatile artist, Keller utilizes a wide range of materials in her paintings including watercolor, gouache, pastels, oils, and acrylics. Most of her artwork is derived from her life-long love of wilderness landscape as well as her recent focus on medicinal plants. The foundation of her method is the use of vibrant color, texture and energetic brushwork, while emphasizing color relationships and the introduction of improbable color into her subjects. Her paintings have won awards and have been exhibited in many one-person and group shows around the nation as well as in many galleries and museums in Wisconsin.

Patricia is a professional member of Wisconsin Visual Artists, and she serves as curator for the University of Wisconsin, Madison's Steinhauer Trust Gallery. She maintains her studio near Madison, Wisconsin.
